We are looking for a full-time and on-call Aircon Technicians with comprehensive knowledge in maintenance or cleaning and sanitation industry.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform preventive Maintenance and Monitor cleaning equipment
- Collaborate with Cleaning and Maintenance Manager to determine the function of equipment and those needed to be replaced
- Conduct performance tests to track results and make improvements based on machine function, quality control and safety standard
- Extensive knowledge in troubleshooting and maintenance
- Perform wiring calibrations for electronic components
- Responsible for all required equipment qualification tests on projects
- Experience in Refrigeration repair is a huge plus
- Any task related to above-mentioned details
Requirements
- Preferably 2-3 years experience in air-condition repair.
- In-depth understanding of equipment regulations, construction, materials and industry apprentice, or relevant work experience is an advantage
- Able to understand instructions and communicate effectively
- Technical school degree and certification for technicians, preferably a graduate of Electrical Installation & Maintenance NC II/Machining NC II/Refrigeration and Air Conditioning NC II or Electro-Mechanical Technology Course
